We offer both on-site service for the greater Albuquerque area, Rio Rancho, Placitas and East Mountain area, as well as a drop-off locations where you can take the blinds. We do not provide on-site service in Edgewood, Moriarty, Santa Fe, Los Lunas or Belen. Travel time to these locations is not cost-effective.

If we come to your home for a service call, the blind will be repaired in your home; rarely does it need to be taken off-site. We carry all the commonly used and required parts for most repairs, but it is not possible to carry or stock every part for every type and manufacture of blind; some are obsolete and other parts are not cost-effective to stock. We will be able to get a good idea of what you may need when we speak with you.

Generally speaking, we can schedule you within a few days up to one week ahead depending on what part of town you are located in, your schedule as well as our current work load.

Depending on the manufacturer, type of blind and age and part availability, not all blinds are cost effective to repair or able to be repaired because some parts are obsolete or, in the case of vertical tracks more than five- to eight-years old, the plastic parts are too brittle to take apart or parts are limited or not stocked; however, in most cases we can replace the pull cord and perform maintenance, adjustments and lubrication on all tracks.

We do not repair recreational vehicle blinds or take down blinds that are in a clerestory or two-storey windows. Due to not carrying an extension ladder and for liability reasons, we do not provide this service. We do carry a three-step stepstool and a foldable ladder that can go from six feet to 13 feet. All cordless blinds have to be returned to the manufacturer for repair; we do not provide this service

There are no repairs available for torn fabric issues or cell separation on honeycomb shades. You will need to purchase a new blind. We do not do any repairs on wood shutters. If you can provide the name of the manufacturer and type of blind (as much information as possible) and approximate age, the problem you are having, this will help in determining the ability for the repair.

Since we do not have a storefront. We provide on-site repair service and made arrangements with other business locations if you would like to drop the blind off for repair.

Since in-shop repairs are done early mornings, we can schedule a service call for the Northeast heights, southern part of Albuquerque and the East Mountain area from around 10 a.m. to around 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. For the west side of Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales and Placitas we can schedule a call from around 9 a.m. to around 4 p.m. We are closed on the weekends. We require at least a one-hour window for a service call. Because we cover such a large area, calls are scheduled geographically. For those that work not too far from home and can go home for lunch, a time between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. works well. We can call you at work and let you know what the time of arrival will be and you can leave work and meet us at your home with no waiting!
