Each location has repair tags; fill out the information and take your claim check. Once you have dropped the blind off, please call us and specify which location so that we can schedule a pickup. You will be called and told that your blind is ready for pick up and what the cost will be generally within 5 to 7 business days, not including weekends and holidays. You can pay by check or exact cash(no change can be made) only at these locations. If you would like to use a credit card, that can be handled over the phone only by calling our office prior to pick up, however there will be a 3.75% charge to cover what we are charged by the processing company Square Up.

Blindscapes on San Mateo, North of Alameda has closed their showroom and is now a home-based business and is no longer a drop off point. The Blind Man on Osuna and All Kinds of Blinds on Montgomery have gone out of business and the drop off location Pack N' Post at 1512 Deborah Rd SE in Rio Rancho have closed their doors.

We offer only blind repair service, no part sales only. The few companies that provided ultrasonic cleaning service have gone out of business and we do not have anyone to refer you to.

Any of the drop-off locations that are listed will be a good referral for new blind sales.
